Founded in 2002 by John Medus, John’s Window Cleaning service in Cheltenham started from very humble beginnings with just a traditional window cleaner’s handcart along with a determination to fill, what he believed was a gap in the market, not just having clean windows, but also to offer a first class, reliable, personal package that is based simply on ‘Good Old Fashioned‘ service.

In 2007, John’s Window Cleaning was shortlisted as one of the best 20 new businesses in the UK in a National Business Awards sponsored by HSBC Bank & Sky Television.  Since then John’s Window Cleaning has grown to become one of Cheltenham’s most respected & trusted window cleaning companies.  Today John runs his very successful business with his wife Claire and together this dynamic duo is setting the standards that other companies only aspire too.

Pure Water

The ‘secret’ is the water

Water fed pole window cleaning is the most cost effective, safest and the most environmentally friendliest way of cleaning windows. Using nothing more than 100% Pure Laboratory Graded Water.

The Secret is the Water! To produce Pure De-Mineralized Water we use a five stage water treatment process utilizing Reverse Osmosis Filters and Mixed Bed Resin Filters, along with a final polish using a polishing vessel on board our vehicle.

As water is made up of molecules, when pure each molecule becomes abrasive and strives to return to it’s natural state by actively absorbing all dirt, chemicals and minerals it comes in contact with. When used in window cleaning environment, provided the correct techniques are used and the final rinse is thorough, the windows are left to dry naturally to leave a perfect finish.
